• Re-envision a legacy risk platform and build a state of the art, scalable, cloud native platform in Python • Make macro/micro architectural proposals and collaborate with other architectures • Structure a brand new code base for modularity, code reuse, and granular API access • Work with cutting edge, cloud native data technologies • Engage with business stakeholders and tech leadership to understand requirements • Write initial implementations of critical code patterns • Devise an automated testing strategy • Lead a cross-functional team • Mentor a team of engineers • Set and uphold standards for code quality

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience guiding teams in the delivery of web applications • 7+ years of experience in the delivery and support of web applications • Advanced knowledge of Python and Flask • Enjoy working in an agile delivery environment • Leadership in delivery of CI/CD environment • Leadership in review of pull requests • Leadership in debugging/troubleshooting problems • Leadership in implementing observability in applications

Benefits
