• Develop and execute customer success strategy for strategic Foreign Exchange trading and buy-side accounts • Build understanding of client business strategies and position ION FX products as trusted advisor • Garner knowledge in ION FX products for customer use-cases • Manage client relationships, anticipate challenges, and drive remediation plans • Monitor implementation, usage, customer health, and competitive landscape • Profile initiative requirements, develop leads, and aid growth opportunities • Harmonize client initiatives with Project Delivery, Client Services & Product practices • Manage feedback loop for customer experience improvement

Requirements

• Proven track record in high-touch enterprise segments with B2B enterprise software platforms • Foreign Exchange and/or Capital Markets domain experience • Problem solving & consultative mindset • Ability to synthesize information and commercial savviness • Predilection for customer success automation • Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Economics/Finance, or numerate discipline
