Description

• Responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and maximizing sales opportunities within them • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of media products and services • Lead point of contact for all client account management matters • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas • Prepare reports on account status • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders • Analyze account data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of client projects • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless service and performance delivery

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in account management or client services preferably at a digital or full-service agency • Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering successful client outcomes • Agency and/or Commerce media experience preferred • Strong client management skills • Thorough understanding of the digital marketing landscape • Ability to manage cross-device and cross-channel addressable marketing campaigns • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Close attention to detail and a commitment to quality
