• Analyze sales and performance to develop strategic insights & action plans • Negotiate exposures with retailer teams to increase share of voice; maintain exposure trackers • Partner with planning teams to strategize promotions and programs to ensure YoY sales targets are achieved • Responsible for on time and in full delivery of retail assets; work closely with marketing team • Partner with retailer merch team to ensure success of the logistical process execution for promotions • Plan and execute retailer campaigns in collaboration with cross functional teams • Manage POs in collaboration with the planning team • Create and submit briefs for COOP campaigns and retailer-specific media • Ensure sample forecast is passed on to marketing & demand planning and updated on a rolling basis • Build out omni sampling calendar to show initiatives planned strategically by week/month
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 3-5 years experience in buying and sales planning within the Beauty industry preferred • Experience working with Sephora or Ulta strongly preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to participate in and lead presentations to senior leadership • Exceptional organizational skills with avid attention to detail • Strong time management and prioritization skills with a keen ability to keep projects on track • Self-motivated, self-starter, results, and solution-oriented, strategic thinker • Strong entrepreneurship skills with the ability to think outside the box • This position is on a hybrid model and will require working from our NYC based office 3x a weeks
