Description
• Analyze and reconcile various general ledger accounts • Post journal entries for payroll • Assist with monthly inventory reports • General accounts payable and accounting duties • Ad hoc requests as required • Participate in month-end close process • Prepare journal entries • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and provide balance justification • Maintain fixed assets • Monthly reporting package • Monthly closings • Reconciliations of accounts • Coordination with outside accountants • Assistance with external audits • Testing of new PeopleSoft functionalities from accounting perspective.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree • 2 - 4 years working experience • CPA track: not required, but a plus • Excellent excell skills • Knowledge of PSFT a plus
