Description
• Develop and manage ongoing project plans and content releases • Work within the Content Production Team to develop and execute content campaigns • Manage work assignments and tracking for all external content contributors, including writers, subject matter experts, and designers • Source and assess external content contributors • Organize project tasks according to the level of importance • Prepare regular reporting on all content creation activity for internal team and clients • Manage timelines of projects
Requirements
• 2-3 years of content and project management experience • Ability to clearly communicate all plans and timelines across all teams • Experience managing, leading, and reporting on complex and large-volume projects • Intermediate formatting knowledge (WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager) • Have an understanding of how strategic goals and creative vision impact production
