Description

•Define and execute the go-to-market strategy to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for our products and services. •Develop the product narrative and messaging to accelerate adoption and momentum; successfully bring innovative and category-defining products and services to market. •Use both qualitative and quantitative data and create distinct go-to-market plans to support exponential growth for our product/services offerings across distinct customer cohorts. •Own the go-to-market strategy for new business launches, including coordinating cross-functional launch activities and driving awareness through various channels. •Lead the development and rollout for supporting marketing materials, including asset creation, copy, and all related marketing levers for customer-facing assets. •Advocate for the customer, distill market feedback across regions, categories, and cohorts into market intelligence that informs various internal stakeholders and influences product roadmap and business decisions. •Monitor and analyze competitors' product marketing efforts, identifying opportunities to differentiate and improve the product's market position. •Increase retention/stick rate (keep customers happy and wanting more). •Oversee influencer marketing programs for Jiffy Transfers, including identifying and engaging with relevant influencers, managing partnerships, and tracking campaign performance. •Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and achieve KPIs. •Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, UI/UX, revenue operations, data science, and customer solutions to enhance existing features, making them more engaging, valuable, and customer-centric.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred. •Proven experience (4+ years) in product marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or consumer goods industry. •Experience in startup or scale-up environments, pioneering initiatives (zero to one) for new products and scaling existing products. •You can share proven results of how you’ve increased acquisition, activation, and retention •Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM. •Experience in influencer marketing and managing influencer relationships is highly desirable. •Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and messaging. •Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking. •Can diagnose problems, isolate them into their component parts, and drive towards creative solutions. •Self-starter who thrives operating independently within a fast-paced and demanding environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritizing time and resources based on business impact. •This role is remote, with travel as needed for company gatherings. Current passport is required. •Marketplace experience is a plus. •Experience in the apparel industry or related fields is advantageous.
