Description
• Midi Health seeks a Clinical Operations Specialist to support Clinical Operations Teams. • Provide research support, operational assistance, and project support. • Collaborate with learning, development, quality, and compliance functions. • Optimize documentation for compliance and assist with special projects. • Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment with attention to detail. • Lead project management initiatives and prepare for Quarterly Business Reviews. • Manage committee meetings, document changes, and conduct literature reviews. • Support learning management platform and communication for clinical teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree. • 3 or more years of work experience in a dynamic environment. • Minimum of 2 years experience leading complex, cross-functional projects leveraging data, insights, and strategic planning • Self-motivated and highly reliable, with excellent time management and project management skills. • Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment. • Deep understanding of Robert’s Rules of Order and their application to internal meetings • Ability to learn new systems and programs quickly • Demonstrated commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment. • Proficient in G-Suite • High EQ
