Requirements

• Proven experience in building scaling systems 0 to 1 within a Customer Success organization in a high-growth startup environment. • Deep knowledge and passion for independently creating systems, tools, and processes that scale teams effectively. • Ability to organize and lead a team around new processes and systems, driving accountability and performance. • A team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and tackle any challenge that comes their way, with no task being too small.
