• Maintain customer satisfaction and retention • Close deals and identify upsell opportunities • Build relationships to increase revenue and minimize churn rates • Deliver product knowledge and functionality • Collaborate with team members • Inform customers of new functionality and best practices • Address customer needs • Monitor and improve customer churn indicators • Document customer status and activities • Maximize product value and sell add-on services • Assist in creating and delivering training courses

Requirements

• Familiarity with extendedReach SalesForce or other CRM experience • Ability to travel • Customer service experience • Good communication skills • Problem-solving skills
