Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on process mapping and improvement in finance or related environments. • Strong understanding of finance processes and terminology, with the ability to align business objectives with process enhancements. • Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills, with experience leading process mapping sessions and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements. • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, or similar. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment. • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Bachelors in Finance or related field. • Experience in the finance or banking industry, with a deep understanding of finance operations and regulations. • Relevant certifications, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Lean Six Sigma, or similar. • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Familiarity with process modeling tools, such as Visio, Lucidchart, or ARIS.
