Description

• Join our go-to-market team as our Mid-Market Sales Leader and spearhead our entry into new industry verticals. This role presents a unique opportunity to build and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up. • You will shape our sales strategy, establish our presence in the market, inspire your team, and ultimately drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Art and Science: The intersection of art and science is where you like to live. Sales is what you do, a big part of who you are, and you enjoy perfecting your craft and inspiring others to do the same. You understand what it means and how it feels to move a deal to closed won. • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in B2B sales leadership, with a proven track record in building, leading, and inspiring successful sales teams. You’ve done this before and you want another shot with a growing company. • New Market Experience: Experience in successfully launching and scaling sales motions in new markets or segments, and the grit, perseverance, inspiration, and humor it takes to succeed in a competitive environment. • Customer Acquisition: Experience and expertise in new business acquisition. This is an outbound hunting leadership role. You should feel comfortable and thrive in the challenge that building a pipeline from zero creates. • Team Building Skills: Strong ability to recruit, hire, and develop top talent, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. You should have a few of "your people" to come with you to KarmaCheck who cannot wait to join you again for another run. • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
