Description

• Remote role with 50% National travel • Act as senior point of contact with healthcare customers • Meet assigned sales quota and expectations for profitability • Work with SAM program leadership, field operations, customer service, finance, accounting, and sales teams • Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process with each assigned customer • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs • Lead solution development efforts • Strategic guidance in planning and executing environmental services operations • Implement and monitor quality control program • Develop and implement protocols and procedures in accordance with OSHA regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years of Environmental Services background • Understanding of compliance and standards in regard to the cleaning of medical/hospital environments • Familiar with infectious disease protocols, hazardous waste, and CVS guidelines • Account management and sales experience • Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) is preferred. • Ability to implement and monitor appropriate quality control program to ensure adherence to cleaning standards. • Ability to be full compliant with Joint Commissions standards and other local, state, and federal agencies.
