• Develop and maintain strategic proficiency on NetSuite products and services • Be the ultimate voice of the customer • Create, plan and drive Customer Success Plans • Establish and oversee customer adoption and success

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years NetSuite experience preferred (2 years required) • Experience in Customer Success/Service Delivery/Consultant • NetSuite Module experience • Strong client communication and team leadership skills
