• Contribute to Kingfish sales initiatives by supporting PE sponsor lead generation and prospect maturation through various communication channels • Communicate firm's value proposition and be the first point of contact between Kingfish and prospective PE partner decision makers • Creatively guide strategy for Kingfish's approach to sales prospect development • Cultivate relationships with PE partners through high-quality interaction • Manage sales cycle process with active prospects and Kingfish internal sales operations team • Support Kingfish advisory division growth objectives
• B.A or B.S with 4 - 5 years of work experience in sales or business development • High EQ with advanced written/verbal communication skills, executive presence, and an ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Ability to adeptly scope and manage multiple concurrent sales leads • A mentor to junior colleagues that takes initiative to help the team and the firm • Demonstration of intellectual curiosity that leads to new and effective ways of building relationships with partnership prospects • Emerging track record of success managing complex and demanding client relationships
