Description

• KKR is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our Marketing team. • In this role, you will enhance our client-facing sites and provide design support across our digital experiences. • You will help evolve and maintain a cohesive visual strategy across various UI elements and user journeys. • The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and collaborative.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a portfolio demonstrating depth in product and user-centered design principles and methodologies (e.g., design thinking, agile development) • Proficient in design software and wireframe tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.) • Experience in mobile design, expertise in creating user-centered design solutions, creative strategy and/or design systems for externally facing products/platforms. • Proven experience with iterative design and development process • Driven, and motivated to deliver the best user experience. • Strong understanding of website accessibility requirements • Experience designing for global audiences. • Self-directed, well-organized, and detail-oriented • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Exceptional project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in addition to planning, prioritization, delegation, and tracking project progress. • Team player with willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities and to work as a member of a diverse and geographically distributed team.
