• Engaging with passengers in LaGuardia Airport beyond security • Thoroughly understand the products and services to inform customers of the benefits • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features and pricing) • Answer customers' questions about specific products/services • Meet personal and team sales targets • Rotate between kiosks ensuring team members are on site and compliant • Help with any team technical issues of on site devices • Work closely with internal teams to ensure sales targets and hours are met • Work closely with recruitment department to ensure interviews are conducted in accordance with team needs • Conduct interviews and provide feedback • Manage team member scheduling, ensuring they are compliant with online platforms (hours, sales, etc) • Coach team members on bettering their sales pitch
• Minimum 3 years - Direct Sales Manager or Team Leadership experience • Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative, Promoter, or similar role • Excellent communication skills • Entrepreneurial mindset • Intermediate to advanced tech knowledge • Confident demeanor, resilient and not easily discouraged • Professional attitude • Track record of over-achieving quota • Self-motivated and driven • A smartphone with a data plan
