Description
• The Process Engineering Technician supports the manufacture of thin film devices and capacitors. • Primary responsibility is to support process engineers to sustain and improve manufacturing processes.
Requirements
• Execute, document, and communicate engineering test plans, projects, and results • Implement process improvements for increased yield, reduced cycle time, and process repeatability • Develop and implement permanent corrective actions to improve quality and resolve customer concerns • Train operators, and other technicians on new processes as needed • Maintain process and training documentation • Work with vendors to determine and evaluate products according to specifications and quality standards
