Description

• Serve as our leader, developing the strategy for how the company generates demand for our solutions amongst our target audiences. • Own website end-to-end, recommending and implementing improvements to increase conversions. • Create and qualify leads through lead-generation initiatives including SEM, SEO, retargeting, content syndication, nurture programs, social media, email campaigns, webinars and other lead-generating opportunities. • Manage top of funnel activities through collaboration with Sales Development Representatives and maintain data accuracy for accounts, leads and contacts and any marketing campaign-related data and activities in Salesforce. • Own the quarterly planning process for the demand generation budget, ensuring that programs are executed and funds are allocated to maximize program ROI and meet our sales goals. • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes. • Manage reports and dashboards to provide visibility in marketing campaign results including inbound channel performance, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Requirements

• Proven project management skills and experience. Ability to create effective relationships to influence, and collaborate across all levels. • Experience with defining and launching successful enterprise software lead/demand generation paid media campaigns. • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness. • Strong knowledge of measurement approaches (including multi-touch attribution) ad operations and the digital video and overall display landscapes. • Distinctive problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities, with ability to run analysis, track metrics, and optimize performance. • Inspired by team leadership and driven by empathy. • Excellent written and verbal communications. • Hands-on experience with Hubspot is a must. • Roll up your sleeves hands-on attitude. • Embraces the challenge of building a business. • Creative growth hacker who can create leverage from unexpected sources. • Ability to independently analyze, recommend and act. • Comfort in fast-paced and flexible environment. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce a plus. • Experience marketing in B2B technology, preferably SaaS. • Experience in demand generation or online marketing experience across mid-market and/or enterprise accounts. • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, retargeting, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and convert. • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to optimize campaign performance and identify new opportunities.
