•Troubleshoot and remediate technical application and service issues related to SysTrack functionality in the cloud environments
•Create Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for the SaaS cloud infrastructures using tools such as Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, Azure CLI, PowerShell, etc
