Description
• Responsible for designing, analyzing, and evaluating structural systems and components. • Prepare detailed structural designs, calculations, and drawings using appropriate software and tools. • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural conditions and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. • Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop efficient and cost-effective solutions. • Review and approve project designs, specifications, and construction plans. • Contribute to the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring structural integrity and safety.
Requirements
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with specialization in Structural Engineering. • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building and infrastructure projects. • Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar. • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards (e.g., IBC, ACI, AISC). • Experience with seismic design, foundation design, and structural steel detailing. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
