Description

• Responsible for building software to help companies create thriving employee cultures • Partnering with engineers to build products across a modern tech stack including React and Node • Collaborating with product teams to solve pain points • Executing complex projects with cross-functional collaboration • Mentoring less experienced colleagues and refining their technical craft • Contributing to engineering practices and improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience writing and maintaining production-level applications • Experience working with modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Ruby, Python, etc. • Experience working on and maintaining services for an organization operating at scale • Experience building systems that are adopted by the wider engineering org • Proficiency in SQL and performant queries in PostgreSQL • Knowledge of maintaining and scaling applications in production • Problem-solving and debugging skills in software development • Passion for mentoring and supporting other software engineers
