• Formulating the company's future direction and tactical initiatives • Creating processes and systems to support growth • Developing financial and tax strategies • Managing capital request and budgeting processes • Participating in key decisions as part of executive management team • Overseeing various departments such as accounting, HR, legal, and treasury • Implementing operational best practices • Supervising acquisition due diligence and negotiations • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements • Maintaining relationships with auditors, investors, and bankers • Reporting financial results to executive management team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required (Master's Degree Preferred) • CPA highly desired • 10+ Years of Experience in executive finance/accounting role • Experience in fitness, massage, health & wellness, and waxing industry • M&A experience • Strong banking relationships • Proven leadership abilities • Strong project management skills
