Description
• Lead franchise expansion efforts • Develop and execute lead generation strategies • Provide exceptional support to franchisee candidates • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for franchise development • Build strong relationships with potential franchisees • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities • Ensure comprehensive training and onboarding for new franchisees • Ensure franchise sales activities comply with regulations and legal requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Proven experience in franchise sales or a similar sales role • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong relationship-building abilities • Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship • Ability to travel as needed
