Description

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, events, and initiatives. Manage email lists, segmentations, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Analyze email campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for engagement and conversion. • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn). Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for engagement. Implement social media advertising campaigns and track performance metrics. • Update website content regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with the web development team to implement new features, functionality, and design improvements. Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and traffic. • Produce compelling and persuasive copy for marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements. Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all marketing channels. Brainstorm and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for email, social media, and website marketing efforts. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media management, website updating, and creative writing. • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal). • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for various audiences and channels. • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. • Creativity and attention to detail, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
