Requirements

• Proven experience in senior operations leadership • Demonstrated success in overseeing multi-unit operations • Financial acumen and experience working with private equity partners • Strong leadership and team-building skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
