Description
• Create positive and memorable experiences for customers • Accomplish multiple tasks in a fast paced environment whilst servicing customers • Participate in general store maintenance; cleanliness & upkeep of store • Support the initiatives of the leadership team to drive sales and client engagement • Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days • Support other brands for new store openings and activations • Embrace learning and leveraging new technologies, experience with Shopify, Endear, etc. is a plus • Capable and willing to perform opening and closing tasks in the store • Demonstrate customer obsession and service orientation • Maintain high efficiency and detail orientation in tasks
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience; background in similar category preferred • Comfortability working with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs • Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.
