• Passion for coffee and customer service • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, food service, or retailing • Ability to engage potential customers in a positive and professional manner • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Flexibility with schedules and ability to work some weekends or holidays • Must be able to lift 50lbs
