Description

• Are you curious and eager to learn and grow? Looking for an opportunity to demonstrate and expand your skills in customer support and education? • Become a member of our NA Customer Care team and help us further shape our growth trajectory. • Delivering best in class support for all technical issues our users may face. • Hosting webinars, office hours and other scaled education formats (e.g., onboarding). • Contributing to make our internal processes and -structures scalable. • Enabling our Product Team to gain a better understanding of the user experience.

Requirements

• You have a university degree and work experience in a customer-facing role in startup and/or tech-related environments. • You quickly understand new tools and troubleshoot even complex technical problems efficiently and proficiently. • You clearly communicate solutions to customers, showing empathy and patience, and you are dedicated in providing excellent service. • You work effectively with team members and share knowledge. • You prioritize tasks and resolve issues within set timelines and quickly adapt to changes in products and workflows. • You are fluent in English. • Experience with quality assurance in customer service and compliance monitoring is a plus. • You are passionate about the future of work and continuous learning, and you want to join us in building an exceptional team and company to have a real impact. • You can strongly identify with our company values.
