• Provide comprehensive legal services to Older Adults in Brooklyn • Assist Older Adults in maintaining independence and living with dignity • Litigation, representation in administrative fora, advocacy and community outreach and education • Focus on income and health security, public assistance, Social Security, healthcare, and home care • Prevent elder abuse • Home, hospital, and nursing home visits

Requirements

• Attorney admitted to the New York State Bar • Demonstrated passion for social justice • Experience working with the elderly • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills • Strong interest in working with clients in crisis • Capacity to engage in a generalist practice • Strong organizational skills
