• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives while actively participating in sales activities to achieve individual and team sales targets • Monitor daily performance and fostering development • Set and track KPI targets for team members; working closely with Sales Executives to ensure they are not only meeting but also exceeding targets • Dive deep into the data to identify key metrics for success, locate and bolster areas in need of improvement, and properly forecast and project yearly/quarterly performance • Drive behaviors which keep the team motivated and on a cohesive path to success • Collaborate with key stakeholders across functions to ensure the Inside Sales team is aligned with overall company goals and objectives • Grow your income as you drive the team’s sales goals
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in an inbound and outbound sales environment • Demonstrated leadership experience, having led a sales team for a minimum of 2+ years in a fast pace environment • Self starting ability with proven success in developing and implementing processes across a team • Ability to effectively organize and manage company initiatives • Strong and proactive sales skills and motivation to showcase expertise when engaging with clients over the phone • Experience working within various CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets • Openness to work flexible hours including weekends
