Contact center software using advanced AI & NLU to automate outdated workflows for support agents & QA teams.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals. • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies and optimize the revenue pipeline. • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of GTM technologies to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness. • Monitor and analyze performance metrics against revenue goals. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing revenue operations team. • Ensure all revenue operations adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within a dynamic, high-growth environment. • Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, operational management, and GTM technologies. • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and other marketing technologies. • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of driving strategic vision and operational excellence. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
