Description
• Technical Product Owner link between IT capacity and business objectives • Supports and ensures successful technology delivery across digital products • Focus on technical delivery of software products • Works independently and with Agile team • May require after-hours support • Manages and prioritizes product backlog • Tracks engineering capacity • Authors User Stories and Acceptance Criteria • Leads User Story Refinement • Accepts User Story delivery based on Acceptance Criteria • Determines what Stories are in a Sprint • Executes Agile Scrum ceremonies • Produces and maintains Sprint metrics • Creates documentation for stakeholders • Analyzes complex issues with product delivery • Drives product development requests to completion • Monitors quality assurance of finished products
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Agile software engineering environment • Experience leading Agile ceremonies for Scrum teams • Experience as the primary author of User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and related technical details • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent hands-on software development experience is a plus • CSPO or CSM certification is preferred • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence • Proficiency with Lucid (or similar) to create and review data and process flows • Working knowledge of Figma for reviewing UI designs • Advanced proficiency with O365 tools, including Excel and PowerPoint • Self-starter with a track record of achievement • Strong team collaboration skills • Experience collaborating with onshore and offshore development teams • Creative problem-solving skills • Effective communication and presentation skills
