• Growth Marketing Manager for Acquisition team • Manage customer experience from acquisition to retention • Execute strategy across channels • Generate insights for cross-functional teams • Proactively source new marketing initiatives • Collaborate with Influencer and Dev teams
• 3+ years of marketing work or internship experience with exposure to paid channels • Business Major, with a focus in marketing/advertising • Basic understanding of growth marketing with an interest in paid advertising • General understanding of KPI's- CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc. • Proven track record of data-driven and analytical work • Strong leadership, self-starter, and collaborative qualities • Critical thinking skills with a growth-oriented mindset (Creative mindset a plus!) • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
