Description

• The Executive Assistant to the President of LISC Fund Management provides high-level administrative support. • Manages complex calendar, schedules meetings and coordinates travel arrangements. • Acts as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. • Prepares and organizes materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences. • Handles confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Anticipates and addresses the President's needs for smooth daily operations. • Coordinates and compiles the LFM board deck, prepares executive summaries and reports. • Manages logistics for board meetings; including scheduling and material distribution. • Organizes and maintains filing systems for easy retrieval of important documents. • Supports the President in maintaining and promoting organizational culture and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant related work experience. • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in financial services, CDFIs, or impact investing. • Proven track record of supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments. • Experience in preparing board materials and coordinating high-level meetings. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Salesforce or other CRM tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with executives, board members, and stakeholders. • Expert-level calendar management and scheduling abilities. • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to comprehend and summarize complex financial information. • Understanding of financial terminology and concepts related to real estate loans, small business lending, and community development, preferred. • Interest in community development and social impact finance.
