β’ Banking, finance, or accounting experience with client-facing exposure OR customer experience/customer success experience working on a highly technical or financial product β’ Top-notch financial modeling skills: extremely comfortable working with spreadsheets, including Index/Match, XLOOKUP, and complicated formulas β’ Excellent communication skills β’ Deep empathy for helping and working with customers β’ Sharp problem-solving skills β’ Humble, curious, hungry to achieve impressive things in life and work
