β€’ Drive complex implementations of financial models and dashboards to help customers succeed with LiveFlow β€’ Responsible for onboarding customers and providing ongoing best-in-class customer experience β€’ Own a portfolio of important customers and assist them in being successful using LiveFlow β€’ Manage implementation and onboarding to ensure a top-notch customer experience β€’ Build financial models to help customers achieve core business goals β€’ Work cross-functionally to turn customer requests into products β€’ Dive deep into the product and be an expert in LiveFlow's solution

Requirements

β€’ Banking, finance, or accounting experience with client-facing exposure OR customer experience/customer success experience working on a highly technical or financial product β€’ Top-notch financial modeling skills: extremely comfortable working with spreadsheets, including Index/Match, XLOOKUP, and complicated formulas β€’ Excellent communication skills β€’ Deep empathy for helping and working with customers β€’ Sharp problem-solving skills β€’ Humble, curious, hungry to achieve impressive things in life and work
