Description
• Lead cross-departmental day-to-day platform operations ensuring optimal team and platform performance across sales, operations, client success, and marketing • Improve and expand platform workflows, processes and systems across all departments • Continuously improve core health metrics including net sales, ARPU, churn, and LTV • Expand and improve KPI development, tracking and reporting across all departments • Support CEO’s growth initiatives by leading B2B sales efforts focusing on colleges, universities, secondary schools, and public-schools across the U.S.; attend industry trade shows as needed • Support P&L management with a focus on optimizing revenues and cost-efficiency • Lead agency and marketing team efforts spanning SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, website, sales collateral, and more to routinely test and improve performance • Continuously evaluate, improve, and optimize customer success to improve user satisfaction • Maintain a keen understand of the competitive market and regularly test pricing and packaging • Work closely with development, marketing and project management ensuring new feature and product releases are of the well designed, of the highest quality, and rigorously tested • Create a culture based on the core values of innovation, accountability, transparency, and grit
Requirements
• A proven SaaS business leader; experience in the EduTech sector a plus • A sales and marketing leader with experience working in fast-paced start-up environments • An innovative problem solver with strong analytical skills and a collaborative style • A motivated team leader with strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent listening skills
