Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption and sales of our Real World Evidence solutions. • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets. • Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and payer organizations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings to meet those needs. • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the value of our Real World Evidence solutions. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue projections. • Represent Luminary Group at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance our brand presence and generate leads. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the healthcare industry, with a focus on Real World Evidence (RWE). • In-depth knowledge of Real World Evidence (RWE) and its applications in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and/or medical devices. • Proven track record of driving strategic growth, expanding client base, and achieving revenue targets. • Strong network of contacts within the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and payer organizations. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders. • Extensive experience leading and managing a sales team, with a focus on driving performance and achieving results. • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify market opportunities and execute sales strategies. • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and build strong relationships internally and externally. • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve their full potential. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
