Description
• Support lead designer for No Sleep Studio • Assist with basic UX designs and enhance creative outputs • Conduct user research and usability testing • Execute UX design and strategy for client projects • Integrate CRO strategies for web design • Develop creative copywriting aligned with brand voice • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Create strategic design assets • Streamline creative SOPs and workflows • Guide UX research techniques and testing activities • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices • Design site builds and landing pages in Figma • Participate in client meetings and presentations • Manage and organize digital assets • Maintain brand identity across client projects
Requirements
• Proven experience with website copywriting • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Dynamic and flexible team player with strong communication skills • Experience with agile methodology (preferred) • Previous brand experience in the CPG space (preferred) • Familiarity with Atomic UI design libraries and principles • Strong skills in user experience (UX) design • Content creation and storytelling abilities • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce best practices • Portfolio showcasing relevant design work • Experience or knowledge of feedback and QA processes
