Identify governance solutions for crypto protocols, engaging with potential customers.

• Work with CEO to identify and engage crypto protocols needing governance solutions.
• Understand potential customers’ needs and how Agora products can meet those.
• Reach out to new leads and engage with potential customers.
• Guide potential customers toward the best solution for their governance needs.
• Provide insights to Product and Engineering teams for product development.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for protocols.
• Help shape a scalable sales process and resources.

Founding Sales Lead

Technical Product Manager

• As a technical product manager you will be working directly with two of Agora's co-founders, Yitong on Product and Kent on Engineer to make sure that the product we are building is in line with our vision and technical roadmap. Your responsibilities will include:
• Defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on user feedback, competitive analysis, and strategic goals
• Working closely with the engineering team to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure smooth implementation
• Collaborating with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
• Gathering and analyzing user feedback to continuously improve the product
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the crypto and web3 space
• Working with our customers' engineering and product teams to ensure that launch plans are technically sound and implementation plans are buttoned up
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision.
• This will be our first full time product hire therefore there is a massive chance for you to set the tone and rituals for how we build product at Agora.

Backend Engineer

• Architect and develop complex systems and foundational infrastructure components used by our engineering team
• Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables with your technical expertise
• Mentor and train other team members on design techniques and coding standards

Staff Back End Engineer

Product Designer

• Own product design end to end at Agora
• Shape the product requirement and provide input into the roadmap (we have no PMs)
• Work with engineer to establish and improve our design system
• Be the standard bearer for product quality and user experience
