Description

• Cultivate relationships with key executives at prospects to drive revenue growth • Manage existing business, identify and upsell additional programs • Deliver quarterly sales plans and develop joint business plans • Build and manage high-performing sales team • Drive collaboration with key partner teams • Work with innovative companies in North America to deliver Card Issuing and Processing solutions

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in sales, operations, or partner management • 5 years of experience in managing teams • Fintech knowledge/exp – Thought leadership, industry expertise in Payments, Retail, Fintech and Banking • Proven experience in strategic account planning and execution for success • Prior experience working with Walmart or One Finance and ability to leverage existing network • Retail experience • Payments experience
