Description

• Own and drive the design process in the production lifecycle including planning, scoping, design reviews and delivery • Prioritize competing needs with creative solutions • Own end-to-end design problems across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web), from understanding users, to pushing our thinking with a variety of options, to designing detailed workflows and interfaces. • Apply your passion for problem solving to guide design processes, best practices, mentor talented members of the team, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to create innovative experiences. • Work across organizational boundaries to define, manage and prioritize work, with a focus on collaboration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience. You have a portfolio of production work that shows a diverse range of executional skills • You have a deep understanding of the design process and design best practices • You maintain workflows, internal reviews and schedules across multiple partners and departments. • Strong portfolio that highlights elegant solutions to complex problems • An incredible eye for detail and mastery of all applicable design software (Cinema 4D, Blender, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite) • Experience working with 3D and designing in AR/VR • You evangelize for user research and working with data to inform decisions • Experience working with both product, marketing, and engineering teams • You are flexible and accommodate rapid change and have the demonstrated ability to learn quickly
