Description

• Performs responsibilities within the Operations Department focused on transaction control, reconciliation, and reporting • Cash letter adjustments and exception resolution • Unposted transaction review and resolution • Review customer signatures via signature verification portal • Process OD’s and send totals to Fiserv • Quarterly remittance of IOLA funds • Account maintenance • Review and process reclamations • Familiarity with forgeries and fraud claims • Process dormant account reports • Review Remote Deposit Capture processing • Manage Institutional/Wholesale Certificates of Deposit • Aide in Reconciliation of GL accounts • Process incoming return checks • Subpoena fulfillment • Input and release wires for Bankruptcy clients and DACA’s

Requirements

• At least 3 years banking experience • Prefer bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Working knowledge of federal/state bank operations laws • Ability to operate banking software and office equipment • Ability to work with minimal direction and solve problems proactively • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
