ā¢ Responsible for guiding a cross-functional team through initial stages of launching new ventures. ā¢ Leverage entrepreneurial experience and growth expertise to test and scale new business ideas. ā¢ Partner with Mechanism to identify potential new company ideas. ā¢ Work closely with Mechanism Leadership to identify the right long-term CEO.
Requirements
ā¢ Proven track record as a founder, co-founder, or early-stage team member of one or more growth-led companies. ā¢ 5+ years of strategic and operational experience in Growth Marketing, focusing on launching and scaling early-stage companies. ā¢ Demonstrate speed and quality in execution, effectively handle ambiguity, and approach problems with a test-and-learn mindset. ā¢ Clear understanding of the importance of profitability metrics as key performance indicators (KPIs). ā¢ Relentless resourcefulness, data-driven prioritization, decisive decision-making, and the ability to simplify complex problems. ā¢ Strong systems thinking with a first principles approach. ā¢ Excellent oral and written communication skills and be highly responsive. ā¢ Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach are required. ā¢ Continuous self-improvement and being intellectually honest and coachable are essential. ā¢ Mastery of Google Workspace products, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
