• Develop and deliver standard guidelines for efficient development and delivery of new data & product features, product innovation, and customer engagement • Spearhead key initiatives across product, development, operations, and commercial • Drive strategic planning process with the Chief Product Officer • Own the creation, accuracy, and efficient distribution of product adoption and usage metrics
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, Analytics, Corporate Strategy or Operations. • Proven track record for leading complex operational strategic initiatives through periods of transformation, merger integration, or significant organizational change. • Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills • Excellent business judgment and problem-solving/analytical skills • Analytical and process-oriented with an innovation mindset; ability to dig into data & identify trends • Superb project management and efficiency • Outstanding communication and presentation skills to support strategic planning, go-to-market efforts and executive/board-level discussions • Knowledgeable in human-centered design approach, customer research methodologies, product development lifecycle, agile methodology and the analytics and development tech stack.
