Description
• Responsible for daily management of the recruitment cycle for medical providers and office staff. • Understand recruitment strategies in the medical community and build relationships with candidates. • Manage day-to-day recruiting responsibilities and maintain a book of open requisitions. • Provide administrative support for candidates in the recruitment process and act as contact for external recruiters. • Keep candidates' records up-to-date in the company ATS and deliver on talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements
• 1-3 years managing a full cycle recruitment program, preferably in the healthcare industry. • The ability to lead project management initiatives with a high level of detail, from start to finish. • Experience managing talent acquisition process. • The ability to be an impactful communicator, providing high-quality customer service for potential candidates. • Excellence in communication, both written and verbal. • An understanding of prioritization and a sense of urgency. • The ability to build impactful and strategic partnerships with internal partners.
