Support the Partners in executive functions at MedElite's innovative healthcare services.

As Chief of Staff at MedElite, you work as the primary support for one of our principal Partners.
•Your role includes managing administrative support, coordinating office activities, and providing support to both staff and clients.
•You will be instrumental in maintaining office organization, handling communication, and implementing policies that enhance productivity.
•Assist the Partners in managing direct reports by attending 1:1s, executive team meetings, setting/prioritizing agendas, and setting and managing project timelines and deliverables.
•Augment the Partners in external meetings by preparing strategic rationale for the meeting, meeting goals, and stakeholder context. Join meetings to take notes, and track follow-ups and next steps.
•Serve as a sounding board and thought partner to the Partners across all topics related to the company, from day-to-day management to meeting structure to strategic vision.
•Manage agendas, objectives, and operating cadence of executive team meetings, partnering with the Partners to ensure the right topics are surfaced and effectively discussed.
•Coordinate materials for meetings and manage follow-up on action items.
•Actively participate in executive meetings to present ideas, debate other’s ideas, and hold people accountable.
•Periodically lead one-off projects on key strategic topics as they emerge, collaborating with stakeholders cross-functionally to ensure deliverables are produced effectively and efficiently.

Recruitment

Manage recruitment for MedElite, specializing in healthcare staffing.

• Responsible for daily management of the recruitment cycle for medical providers and office staff.
• Understand recruitment strategies in the medical community and build relationships with candidates.
• Manage day-to-day recruiting responsibilities and maintain a book of open requisitions.
• Provide administrative support for candidates in the recruitment process and act as contact for external recruiters.
• Keep candidates' records up-to-date in the company ATS and deliver on talent acquisition strategies.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Account Manager

Build relationships with healthcare providers for MedElite's skilled nursing care.

• The Regional Account Representative at MedElite plays a crucial role in building relationships.
• Responsible for strategic collaboration with healthcare providers and partner facilities.
• Address concerns and promote partnerships aligning with MedElite's mission and values.
• Identify and address issues in relationships with external facilities.
• Analyze data related to facility relations and provide insights for decision-making.

Regional Account Representative

Lead recruitment strategies for medical providers at MedElite.

• The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for the strategic ideation, implementation, and management of an effective recruitment cycle that focuses primarily on medical providers in various disciplines.
• The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of impactful recruitment strategies in the medical community, specifically for care providers in long-term facilities, and experience leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists in filling key roles in a timely manner.
