Description
• Provide 1:1 coaching, feedback, and support through virtual sessions • Participate in weekly training sessions to improve coaching abilities • Communicate with members via the Mento Platform • Share coaching tools and insights with the coaching community • Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community
Requirements
• CFO, General Partner, Managing Director, or senior finance leader with 20+ years experience • 15+ years in leadership within banking, private equity, venture capital • Desire to develop people leadership into coaching skills • Passionate about helping individuals succeed in their careers • High emotional IQ, empathy, self-awareness • Comfortable in a startup environment
Benefits
