Description

•Fueling growth and making sales a thrill, the Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for driving growth in bookings and maintaining the infrastructure required to achieve this goal. •The BDR generates qualified leads by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, and then passing them to inside or outside sales teams. •This role involves following up on inbound leads from various marketing initiatives and conducting outbound, proactive outreach to target accounts or markets. •Additionally, the BDR nurtures prospects over time by discovering their needs, offering relevant resources, and understanding their position in the buying process to advance the sale.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Capable of determining and adapting courses of action based on guidelines, with the flexibility to modify processes and methods as needed. •Skilled in exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to make appropriate decisions. •Proficient in building productive internal and external relationships, effectively collaborating to resolve mutual issues and streamline procedures or transactions.
