• Fuel growth and drive sales as a Business Development Representative. • Generate qualified leads by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities. • Follow up on inbound leads from various marketing initiatives. • Conduct outbound outreach to target accounts or markets. • Nurture prospects over time by discovering their needs and offering relevant resources.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience. • Capable of determining and adapting courses of action based on guidelines, with the flexibility to modify processes and methods as needed. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Skilled in exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to make appropriate decisions. • Proficient in building productive internal and external relationships, effectively collaborating to resolve mutual issues and streamline procedures or transactions.
